Ultrahuman Ring AIR is a titanium smart ring that tracks sleep, recovery and movement. It measures skin temperature, heart rate, HRV and motion, combining them into sleep and movement scores in the Ultrahuman app. At about 2.4 g, it comes in sizes 5 to 14 and is water-resistant to 100 m. Ultrahuman recommends ordering a sizing kit first because sizing differs slightly from standard rings. Battery lasts 4–6 days on the included charger. Optional app add-ons extend its insights.
