Sens.ai is an at-home brain training system combining a Bluetooth headset with an app for neurofeedback, light stimulation and heart coherence training. Three EEG electrodes read brainwave activity from 1 to 120 Hz, and a pulse sensor on the earcup reads heart rate, HRV and coherence. The app uses these readings to deliver audio feedback through the headphones, and the headset's 810 nm light stimulation pulses at a frequency matched to your own brainwaves. Programs target goals like focus, calm and sleep. The headset includes a controller, travel case and chargers, and a membership is required for full program access.
