Samsung Galaxy Ring is a titanium smart ring for continuous wellness tracking without pressing a button. Three sensors, an accelerometer, an optical sensor and a skin temperature sensor, track heart rate, sleep and activity, shown in the Samsung Health app. It can detect walking and running automatically, and an Energy Score combines sleep, activity and heart data into one daily number. Sleep tracking includes heart rate, blood oxygen and skin temperature. The ring comes in sizes 5 to 15, is rated 10ATM/IP68, and lasts up to 7 days per charge. It requires a compatible Galaxy phone.
