Four MEMS microphones pick up voices up to 16.4 ft away, and it switches automatically between in-person and phone-call modes; the Plaud Desktop app captures online meetings. Recordings transfer to the Plaud app, where they are transcribed in 112 languages with speaker labels and turned into structured notes with action items and decisions using role-specific templates. A small AMOLED display shows recording status at a glance. At 2.99 mm thin and about 30 g, it is built for professionals who move between meetings. It includes 300 free transcription minutes per month, with paid plans for more.
