Oura Ring 4 is a titanium smart ring that tracks sleep, activity and recovery day and night. Its Smart Sensing platform adapts to your finger, and the sensors are recessed into the inside of the band. An 18-path PPG sensor system measures blood oxygen during sleep, heart rate and HRV around the clock, and breathing rate overnight. A temperature sensor tracks skin temperature trends for recovery and cycle insights, and an accelerometer measures movement. The Oura app shows Readiness, Sleep and Activity scores, stress and heart health insights. The ring is water-resistant to 100 m and comes in sizes 4 to 15. Full features require an Oura Membership.
