Maverick are lightweight smart glasses from Everysight with a sport-inspired frame that looks like regular eyewear. A full-color Sony OLED projection display shows information in one eye with a 22-degree field of view and 5,000 nits of brightness, so it stays readable in direct sun. The glasses connect to iOS and Android phones over Bluetooth LE, and an SDK is available for developers. Motion sensors let the displayed content respond to head movement, and the maker rates battery life at up to 10 hours with the display on. Everysight positions Maverick for navigation, cycling and running data, and hands-free notifications. The frame accepts prescription lenses and interchangeable visors.
