Using Elemind in Your Evening Routine

Elemind is a soft headband designed to help people fall asleep faster and get back to sleep if they wake during the night. It reads EEG brain signals in real time and responds with precisely timed sound matched to the wearer's own brainwaves, which the maker compares to noise cancellation for wakeful brain activity. A Start Sleep session runs at bedtime, and a Restart Sleep session can be triggered from the app or a button on the headband if you wake in the night. The companion app controls sessions and shows daily sleep stats. Elemind is intended for nightly use by people who struggle to drift off or wake frequently. Because it works through sound, the maker notes it will not work for people who cannot hear the audio. The fabric-and-foam band is designed to be comfortable for side and stomach sleepers.
